Design
is Done with the powerful 3-D modeling software Solidworks.
Through our associated architects and designers and
with assistance from Alabama Technology Network, we
have numerous custom designs to select from, or you
can create the final design for your special project
in Castle One Three Dimension in a working relationship
between you and your architect or designer and our staff.
Your project price is calculated directly within the
Solidworks design.
Castle
One Stones are placed into the building with a boom
and are set on the patented bearing pads and waterproof
grout or mortar. The stones are hollow to receive an
interlocking matrix of concrete during installation.
The system provides a dynamic structural strength, walls
that are handsomely finished on all sides plus unlimited
architectural shapes and details. The typical stone
is cast of 5,200 PSI in one of several natural stone
colors and weighs about 400 pounds. We make other product
lines that are manually set: light-block, brick, sills,
pavers, tiles etc.
