The company was founded in 2001. The core production products are architectural precast concrete. We make pavers, structural blocks, stairs, arches and cornice. The concrete is made in the plant in a one-yard mixer. The mix design typically results in a 5 to 10,000 PSI concrete. The mix is transferred to mold via hopper on forklift and the wet cast, colored concrete is placed in steel or rubber molds. The company currently has over 100 different shapes of components in the product line.

The business is vertically integrated to produce the blocks and associated architectural pieces to build a high strength, fireproof, bug-proof, storm resistant, high energy efficient and thermal mass, beautiful and low-maintenance structure.  The vertical integration asked to do with us take in the sand gravel cement and making structural building components getting them to the job site and erecting the structural shell of the building.

Building with Castle One components is easy. The stones are either dry-stacked (no mortar bed) and aligned plumb, level and square. Then grout-jointed. Or the stones can be mason set with mortar, synthetic grout or silicone as the stones are lowered into place. Horizontal and vertical interior chambers provide cavitiey for installation of conduit, piping and reinforcement. At appropriate intervals dictated by job conditions, concrete is poured or pumped into the chamber of the blocks to lock them together into a monolithic structure. Castle One surfaces are inherently beautiful. Come in a variety of colors and incorporate architectural elements such as arches, lintels, jambs, cornices, crown moldings etc. Using modern construction technology and our digital designs, Castle One’s trained and certified contractors can install and finish any project expeditiously.

Other pre-cast details must be somehow connected to conventional building systems. Castle One’s unique method combines structure with finish details in a comprehensive building system. Thus simplifying the design and construction process. 

Castle One’s stones establish a modular design format intended to provide guidelines, not limits, to the designer. Our patent pending technology includes a highly accurate mold design that allows rapid production of large quantities of standard and specialized custom shapes on short notice. We have over 200 component shapes in our catalog. We welcome the opportunity to develop new components for your special project. 

Castle One stones are both modular and highly customizable. We can provide computer generated drawings from your plans. We can also provide full architectural and building consulting if you choose. The computer generated modules and associated plans are the key to designing and building this advanced system. Each stone has its specific place in the structure, and therefore is custom molded to include openings for interior outlets, fixtures and architectural details. Our digital and print catalogue is available for $35.00. Included are instructions for assembling the digital modules into design arrays.

STRUCTURE

The key to the strength and rigidity of the Castle One structural system is the inte4gral connectivity of the walls, corners, cornice pieces, and other architectural details. This is possible because the continuity of the interior void creates a continuous concrete matrix joining all components.

FINISH

The concrete formulation and moulding process produces a surface finish that looks like European limestone and can be tinted any stone color. There is no need for additional surface finishes, such as paint, stucco, brick or drywall. 

SCALE

The Castle One system speaks to your need for security through the scale of each modular component. The architectural mass of the completed structure is a result of each stones contribution as a part of the entire structure. 

SHAPE

The current component shapes are of traditional style resembling Tuscan and French architecture. We have the capability to custom fabricate an infinite variety of shapes and styles. We look forward to the discussion of specific project requirements from an aesthetic or technical standpoint. 

EVERY ARCHITECTURAL ELEMENT AND DETAIL IS PROVIDED AS A PART OF THE CASTLE ONE SYSTEM:

WALL COMPONENTS 

One standard wall stone is 30 inches long, 20 inches high and 12 inches thick. Other system courses are 16 inches, 24 inches and 30 inches.  Special left and right hand corners provide continuity of the layout. Double corner components, single and double end blocks, and numerous variations in the block dimensions satisfy all typical architectural conditions. 

CORNICE

Profiles of the cornice pieces can provide a ledger course, soffit and fascia. Inside and outside corner cornice pieces are created to match the straight cornice profile. Our newest cornice stones come with interior crown mould and provide our unique joist mount surfaces that speed, strengthen and simplify your floor framing construction. Another example of achieving classic features with our system. 

OPENINGS 

Our custom jambs, sills and lintel components provide complete opening configurations. 

STAIRS

Our staircase systems create classical entrances for indoor or outdoor settings. Custom cast matching stair elements, bullnose steps, balustrades, railings and other traditional elements give our staircases enduring appeal. 

RETAINING WALLS 

Our stone’s interior chambers allow for an integral re-enforced concrete matrix to be poured. Your engineer can use our product to design any type of wall you need –straight or curved.
