A solid concrete with the appearance of stone and with integrated extruded poly styrene insulation within the core of the components means two things:

1. The building is near indestructible and will last for centuries with little or no maintenance.

2. The thermal mass of the concrete superstructure holds its temperature throughout the day and night, ensuring a comfortable interior living space. The R-value of the interior insulation combines with the thermal mass to create a highly efficient exterior wall system reducing heating and cooling costs throughout all seasons.
